Terreum91 is the name of the project that Giannicola Di Carlo, an organic pioneer since 1991, has given to this wine. A product with the philosophy of minimal intervention to keep the natural characteristics of the vine and of our territory intact. The grapes produced from vineyards under organic cultivation are produced in compliance with the Primordial Archetype for Mother Earth. After spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains for a few months on its own yeasts and is then bottled without clarification or filtration and without added sulphites.
