It was hard to cherry-pick the wine producers to feature in this episode, and we've selected these four because they make four distinctly different styles of Plavac Mali wines. After soaking up the Dalmatia sun-powered juice of Pelješac, we visit a Unesco World Heritage Site: Dubrovnik Old Town. There we ate at Proto Fish Restaurant, one of the best seafood restaurants in the country, and spotlight the seafood delights around the "Pearl of the Adriatic".
