A medium-gold color with amber undertones. It moves slowly and oilily in the glass. The aroma features dried peaches, apricot jam, pollen, honeydew, overripe oranges, and cloves, with cinnamon and a hint of Darjeeling black tea in the background. On the palate, it is full-bodied; the acids almost explode in the mouth, the flavor profile mirrors the aroma, and the finish is endless. Made using Tokaji Aszú technology, but 100% Ryzlink Vlassky, or Italian Riesling. Amazing!
