“Still very youthful in colour, the restrained green herb notes typical of “raw” Aszú are discernible in the nose. Chamomile, tarragon, thyme with a little basil. Citrus zest, apricot and Botrytis. Refined and elegant, still right at the start of its development. The sip begins with shining structure, lengthy acids that give an almost muscly character to this wine. Complex, lively and fresh at the same time. This will be a very beautiful wine, presuming it brings out the maximum. Easy-going elegance leads the aromatics, but its main attractions are the quality of the acidity and the richness of flavours.” (Gabriella Mészáros AIWS)
