Berba grožđa. The grape harvest (for us at least), is all but over. 2 days of picking our dark skinned, ripe, tasty grapes. They have been collected, washed, and crushed through a wooden rolling device. The fruit pulp and juice is starting, as I write this, to ferment, in the hugest of barrels. In some 6 weeks time, we might have some 90 or so litres of wine to celebrate with. This vlog is a bit of an explainer.
