200g sheep’s curd cheese
2 red onions
To make the dumplings: Mix the flour and eggs together, adding enough cold water to make a thick paste.
Using a spoon, drop small pieces of the mixture into boiling salted water. Once cooked, drain and then brown in a little oil in a hot frying pan. Crumble the curd cheese over the dumplings and sprinkle with finely chopped red onion.
