Michelin two-star Hong Kong restaurant The Langham has a launched a six-course Chinese meal with wine and food pairing. Each course is paired with a premium Chinese tea and a biodynamic wine from the Slovenian winery, Movia. The Movia winery, straddling the Slovenian ZGP Brda and the Italian DOC Collio, produces a limited number of bottles per year, of which 200 are exported to China.
