250g stoned sour cherries
2 medium-sized onions
200ml Möth - Brigantium
1 sticks of cinnamon
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
First of all, start preparing the sauce. Boil the wine until it has reduced in volume to 50ml. Simmer the sour cherries, sugar, cinnamon, wine vinegar and sliced onions together for at least forty minutes. Remove the cinnamon sticks, blend coarsely with a hand blender and then add the reduced wine.
Meanwhile, season the meat and flash grill until crisp on the outside and serve with the fabulous sauce.
